Istanboul Group completed its scope for the light fitting for the First Mall located in Motor City.

First Avenue is a new European-style shopping mall and hotel. It opened in January 2018 and features an indoor-outdoor boulevard lined by 70 high street retailers and 15 casual dining restaurants.

The two-story development stretches across 500,000 sq ft, with a 1km roadway linking each end. It is owned and operated by Saudi Arabia’s Al Tawfeeq for Development and Investment (ATDI).
